Digital Wyzdom is pleased to announce that it has launched a new division dedicated to workplace investigations, designed specifically to provide support for lawyers involved in employment law.

The practice focuses specifically on the investigation of issues such as:

  • Fraud - False invoicing, secret commissions, bribes and kickbacks
  • Theft - Data, intellectual property or materials
  • Workplace and sexual harassment

Daniel Tobok ( President ) stated:  "The need for this type of practice is clear", In the past 6 months, we have participated in various investigations and terminations of several employees for theft, slander,  and fraud. Two of them were CEO's who stole more than a million dollars each".

"The biggest danger in these situations is to delay contacting external legal counsel", adds Mr Tobok, "We do not take on these assignments without the involvement of a lawyer”.

The Workplace Investigation Support Practice is designed as a full-service support for lawyers practicing employment law.  When required, investigators from Digital Wyzdom inc. will participate in the actual termination procedure of an employee and then provide follow up activities such as interviews, surveillance and asset tracing, as well as expert retrieval of computer evidence.
